Apprenticing in piano restoration at an early age, Patrick has acquired a versatile skill set for all types of maintenance and repair. At 16, he began to work at The Piano Mill of Rockland, Massachusetts receiving a solid foundation for a future in the piano industry. While studying music at Ithaca College in upstate New York,  ​he was employed in a work study under the college's technician, Don McKechnie. 
In 2012, Patrick moved to New York City to work for renowned piano restoration company A.C. Pianocraft, Inc. With the training and guidance of Alex Kostakis, he honed the confidence and skill of tuning, action restoration, and flow of a top-tier piano rebuilding factory. 
To further develop skills in piano construction, Patrick worked in the belly department of the Steinway & Sons factory focusing on production line repairs, stringing, pinblock restoration, and cast iron plate restoration.
In 2016, Patrick focused his sights on California's San Francisco Bay Area and has been furthering his career in piano technology at Callahan Piano Service. Here, crafting high quality restorations have provided invaluable experience.
